Terms of Service — Compass Automation

1. Nature of the tool. Compass Automation is a private, internal workflow operated by Amer Morgan for his own use. It is not offered as a service to the public, has no user accounts, and grants no access to third parties.
2. Scope. The tool automates the preparation and publishing of educational internal-audit videos to the owner's YouTube channel, The Executive Audit Compass. Every video script is reviewed and approved by the owner before rendering and publication.
3. YouTube. The tool uses YouTube API Services and is bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Content published on the channel is governed by YouTube's terms and community guidelines.
4. No warranties. The tool is provided for the owner's own use, as is, without warranties of any kind.
5. Changes. These terms may be updated at any time; the current version is always the one published on this page.
